Public Scheduled Training Events – Booking and Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- Booking cannot be confirmed until payment is received or Institutional Purchase Order Number is supplied.
- Cancellation of confirmed booking, within 3 working days of course due date will incur the FULL course fees. We will accept a replacement delegate to take the place to avoid losing the course fees.
- Non-attendance will be charged for the FULL fees, unless cancellation is made outside the 3 working days to course due date. Credit note will be issued for delegate to either attend a future event or receive a refund of the course fees.
- Where payment is made by credit/debit card via online payment system, a processing fee of a very small amount to the charged by the bank may be deducted.
- A full refund (without processing fee) is made if payment is made through BACS transfer.
Client Site Training – Booking and Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- Booking cannot be confirmed until Institutional Purchase Order Number is supplied.
- Where Purchase Order Number cannot be supplied, a Credit Card payment is accepted.
- Cancellations of confirmed booking for a face-to-face teaching 3 working days to course due date will incur the cost of committed expenses, such as train fare and accommodation plus the course fees.
- To avoid the course fee, a reschedule date will be required.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of course due date will be charged at the full invoice amount – committed expenses plus full course fees.
One-to-one Training or Service – Booking and Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- We required at least 2-working days notice for confirmed meeting date and time to be changed at no cost.
- A cancellation notice should be given more than 3 working days to training date, otherwise a part payment is required.
IT Technical Support
Please note, we have no capacity to provide IT technical support for computer, internet, and software in class. Please ensure before you join a class that you have a working computer, internet and the software you will be receiving a training on is fully working.
